The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong Java or similar language skills, and hands-on experience with databases, Git and CI/CD in a remote environment. This full-time role offers a remote setup with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of application development experience.
• Strong experience with Java or another enterprise language (C# or Python).
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and web services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and maintains complex application features and integrations.
• Translates requirements into technical designs and estimates.
• Writes clean, secure and well-tested code.
• Leads code reviews and sets development standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex production issues.
• Mentors junior and mid-level developers.
• Works with testers, analysts and leads to deliver releases on schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
