Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting or AP/AR is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and automated financial systems.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve varied and complex escalated issues.
• Process PO related invoices and non-PO invoices in a timely manner with policy compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and banking deposits.
• Maintain client files and improve invoicing/collection procedures.
• Monitor invoice processing and ensure timely payments.
• Review client documentation for proper systems setup and compliance.
• Keep records for tax preparation and audits.
• Train and guide Accounts Receivable/Payable staff.
• Maintain data receipt tracking and source document workflow.
• Monitor changes in payment standards and report findings.
• Prepare source documents and enter data accurately.
• Resolve questions with data sources and missing information.
• Perform data entry in AP/AR systems and correct errors.
• Perform other duties as needed.
