Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a data analyst to create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division. You will craft specifications for reports, work on cross-functional teams, and produce datasets for analysis to drive business decisions.

The role requires building tools and dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with data teams to deepen understanding of the division's data and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience
• Analyze solutions using standard procedures to address routine problems
• Apply best practices to improve products or services
• Solve complex problems with guidance
• Produce data sets and reports using SQL, Excel or other tools
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages
• Work with internal and external data
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Learn needed skills through assigned work
