CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Senior Informaticist/Senior Analytics Consultant to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will partner with executives across pharmacy, sales, and operations to define problems, develop analytical approaches, and deliver decision-support solutions that drive performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years analytics experience; or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
Act as consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
Lead analytics projects through the full lifecycle: intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, communication, and implementation support.
Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and operations.
Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems and opportunities.
Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery of business outcomes.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and KPIs.
Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Translate findings into clear recommendations for executive and technical audiences.
Influence decisions by providing insights that impact growth and efficiency.
