Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in process engineering, reliability engineering, or related fields.
- Deep technical expertise in industrial process manufacturing verticals.
- Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
- Programming experience in Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex customer engagements.
- Mentor Analytics Engineers and shape reusable patterns and tooling.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Build relationships with champions and end-users to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with product and solution teams to influence roadmap.
