Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in community research, data analysis, urban planning, public policy, public health, education, or a related field.
• 3+ years leading complex research projects with long‑term deliverables across multiple subject areas.
• Experience managing relationships on larger initiatives with multiple external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day management of multi‑year projects including the Neighborhood Vitality Index.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct analysis and research, and produce data products.
• Participate in outreach and engagement programs to enhance community quality of life.
