Detroit Recovery Project is seeking a Youth Services Data & Performance Coordinator to support the collection, management, reporting, and quality assurance of program data across the Youth Services Department.
This position serves as the department's primary resource for data integrity, grant reporting, program outcomes, and performance monitoring. Working closely with department leadership and program staff, the Youth Services Data & Performance Coordinator will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data collection while supporting grant requirements, continuous quality improvement, and organizational decision-making.

The salary range for this position is $24.04-$26.44 per hour and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
Detroit Recovery Project is seeking a highly organized, analytical professional with experience managing large volumes of data while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple databases, preparing reports, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with program leadership to support grant compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent typing accuracy, and experience in behavioral health, healthcare, nonprofit, or grant-funded environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Occasional travel between Detroit Recovery Project locations and community sites may be required for meetings, trainings, audits, and program activities.
