Job summary

Scale Army co is seeking a Senior AI-Enabled Product / Project Manager to translate diligence and rebrand requirements into detailed specs for engineers and QA. The role collaborates daily with the M&A Director and CFO, and weekly with the Marketing Lead, operating across backlogs, sprints, and acceptance criteria.

The position is fully remote with US Eastern overlap; experience with multi-brand launches, data rooms, and AI tooling is highly valued as you guide eight to ten specialty brands from

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product or Project Manager shipping internal tools.
• Experience with M&A diligence, data rooms, or post-merger integration.
• Experience running a rebrand or multi-brand launch programme.
• Healthcare operations or FP&A exposure is a plus.
• Experience with outsourced IT providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog across the M&A track and ensure timely ships.
• Document how a deal runs from ownership to signed file as a spec.
• Run the rebrand programme across eight to ten specialty brands.
• Define launch criteria for brands and set launch order.
• Manage the brand asset engine scope with Marketing.
• Write precise acceptance criteria for Engine and QA.
• Own the sprint, board, tickets, standup, and weekly reviews.
• Coordinate with M&A Director, CFO, Marketing Lead, Engineer, and QA.
