ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on AI platform team building the core Agent OS. The role requires guiding architecture decisions, shipping foundational capabilities, and staying closely involved with design, implementation, and production delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years leading teams, and deep experience in AI/ML/data/platform systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership experience in a product/platform setting.
• Hands-on leadership in shipping AI/ML/data/platform systems.
• Practical understanding of modern LLM application architectures and safety conventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, production launch, and rapid iteration of the Agent OS platform.
• Review designs, traces, and code; help debug production behavior.
• Define contracts for platform slices, tools, actions, and context/memory.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Data Platform, Atlas, and domain teams.
• Drive evaluation, scenario design, regression suites, and monitoring.
