Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design reinforcement learning environments for AI training tasks using MCP tools. This remote, contractor role (~15 hours/week) focuses on creating reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for coding tasks.

You will tackle bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization, and evaluate agent reasoning over real codebases.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with bug fixing and debugging complex software issues.
• Proven experience in feature implementation and codebase refactoring.
