Roadpass Digital is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to apply deep expertise in machine learning, applied AI, and production-ready engineering to ship intelligent, product-driven solutions. You will partner with product, design, and engineering to turn advanced models into features delivering real user value.

The role requires technical curiosity, rigor, and clear cross-functional communication as you work on predictive modeling, data analysis, and data-driven product improvements across Roadpass

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, ML, or analytics engineering.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Math, Analytics).
• Strong experience with Python and AWS services including S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Champion a data-driven, customer-focused culture.
• Maintain and scale the primary recommendation system for the core product.
• Maintain, implement, and optimize NLP AI tools including chatbots for multiple brands.
