Ford is seeking a Senior AI & Full Stack Engineer to advance the From the Road platform, integrating GenAI, AI-powered search, and GEO with AEM. You will bridge backend services, frontend React features, and enterprise APIs, while collaborating with cloud architects and product designers.

The role focuses on scalable AI-first content architectures, agile delivery, and DevSecOps for production-gradeAI services across Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering in full-stack/back-end roles.
• Production AI experience with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Strong Java and/or Python foundations.
• Experience building web UIs with React.
• Designing secure high-performance APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; cloud-native
• Systems thinking and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Build AI-first content architectures and taxonomies for structured data.
• Develop AI pipelines using LLMs and RAG for content generation.
• Design and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs for enterprise services.
• Collaborate with AEM teams to enrich content repos and workflows.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform on GCP.
