Job summary

Lumenalta is a fintech-focused AI engineering team delivering production-grade AI systems for banks, mortgage and insurance institutions. You will design, deploy, and maintain backend Python services powering automated workflows and enterprise data pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in AI/ML and hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and modern data tools. You’ll work in a fully remote, international setup with a lean, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production deployment experience.
• Strong backend Python; expertise with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka) and orchestration frameworks (n8n or LangGraph).
• Background in enterprise applications (chatbots, workflow automation, RAG pipelines, or intelligent document processing).
• Domain awareness in regulated industries with capability to design compliant models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI models into production at scale.
• Develop and maintain backend Python services powering intelligent automation workflows.
• Implement enterprise-grade data pipelines for financial/regulatory documents with data quality checks.
• Train and optimize models on banking rules, compliance standards, and regulatory datasets.
• Build intelligent routing systems (auto-approval for simple cases, human escalation for complex ones).
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape architecture and stack decisions.
