Job summary

Arionkoder is seeking a contract AI engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate AI agents in production on large datasets. You will ship features quickly, iterating with real users and coordinating with product, support, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes agent development on client data using Databricks, with ownership of live performance, costs, and reliability. The position requires hands-on ML/AI engineering, strong Python, and experience with LLM APIs.

Qualifications

• Machine learning or AI engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with building and shipping AI features to production.
• Strong Python development skills and working with LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents end to end, from first spec to production.
• Ship early and iterate on feedback from real users.
• Work with product, support and engineering stakeholders to turn problems into clear requirements.
• Build agents on top of client data in Databricks.
• Own monitoring, evals, cost and failure handling of what you ship.
• Spread best practices in agentic engineering.
