Job summary

CoreWeave in Livingston, NJ, is seeking a Senior Engineer I to design, build and optimize large-scale data ingestion, storage, and querying systems for AI experiment tracking. You will lead distributed backend services on Kubernetes, implement APIs with Go, Python, and TypeScript, and collaborate across product and engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related STEM field.
• Five years of experience maintaining and deploying Go and Python code in live software systems.
• Experience deploying and optimizing distributed systems on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes and Docker-based systems.
• Experience developing APIs (REST or gRPC) and working with Kafka/PubSub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data ingestion, storage, and querying systems.
• Architect and optimize distributed systems to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and enhance customer-facing APIs using Go, Python, and TypeScript; work with MySQL, Postgres, ClickHouse, and Kafka/PubSub.
