Job summary

Aperia Solutions in Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise payments projects. You will plan, track, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities include sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and SDLC governance. You will mentor teams, report progress, and ensure agile best practices across projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment.
• Delivery of technical software solutions using SDLC with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models.
• Strong written and verbal communication at business and technical levels.
• Ability to produce project tracking documentation and reports.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for critical project schedules.
• Background check and drug test required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, stand-ups, sprints, demos, and retrospectives.
• Align project plans with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner.
• Monitor progress against plan and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure teams follow agile principles and deliver on milestones.
• Produce project plans, estimates, and deliverables per SDLC.
• Interface with analysts, technical staff, and management for resource planning.
• Prepare estimates of effort and evaluate ETCs.
• Provide status reporting and documentation standards.
