Hamster Garage LLC is seeking a Senior Associate to support global brands in affiliate/performance marketing. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, client communication, and end-to-end campaign execution in a remote US setting.

You'll work on program execution, client relationships, and data reporting, collaborating with a fast-growing, ambitious team to drive user acquisition and scalable growth for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in affiliate/partnership marketing.
• Data-driven, with ability to pull reports, spot trends and translate numbers into a story.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on client calls and presenting clear recaps.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day planning and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including placement collateral, tracking, client sign-off, and interface updates for publisher payments.
• Take on complex project management responsibilities—organizing timelines, assisting with resource allocation, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain ongoing communication with affiliates to support client objectives.
• Independently lead publisher calls, delivering clear next steps and key takeaways.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end: recruitment, optimization, partner communication, and launch assets.
• Build strong client relationships through regular email and phone interaction, with support from your manager or team lead.
• Deepen understanding of client accounts—key challenges, objectives, and industry trends—by asking questions and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Take an active role in data analysis—identifying trends and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Get comfortable navigating Impact or similar affiliate program management platforms.
• Develop client-facing reports and write-ups.
• Assist with development of client presentations, including note-taking and follow-ups.
• Take on ownership of client issues, working with senior team members and Account Directors to resolve them.
• Escalate proactively to keep resolution timelines tight.
