Hamster Garage is seeking an Account Manager to lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives, driving portfolio growth for global brands and startups. You will work with Affiliate Account Directors and founders, developing new business and managing strategic client relationships from our Chicago base with flexible remote options.

The role demands strong communication, KPI focus, and the ability to multitask across clients while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of affiliate experience.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver creative and well-thought-out ideas to drive client objectives and manage the team’s deliverables.
• Assist with business development and go-to-market efforts to grow HG’s client portfolio.
• Understand the client’s goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve client goals and communicate clearly with clients.
• Set clear expectations with clients and partners.
• Lead strategic partner recruitment and manage a team of Account Managers and Associates.
• Communicate performance and direction to clients and HG team members.
• Ensure executional excellence across the team and present recommendations to clients.
• Provide recommendations for scale and efficiency within campaigns.
• Maintain strong strategic relationships with high-value partners.
