Job summary

ResponsiveAds, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled technical bridge between our Creative Studio platform and publishers, channels, and DSP/SSP partners.

You will own integration, troubleshoot complex setups, and build self-serve onboarding materials to scale creative delivery across environments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ad operations or programmatic tech, deep JavaScript/CSS expertise, and strong knowledge of DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, and HTML5/VAST/VPAID standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ad operations, solutions engineering, or programmatic tech.
• 5+ years strong JavaScript, CSS coding experience.
• Deep familiarity with DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, macros, tag management.
• Experience with HTML5 ad formats, VAST/VPAID, IAB standards.
• Strong debugging skills across networks and browser tools.
• Rich media or responsive ad format experience for setup and debugging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding of Channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher partners.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via Zendesk; document reports.
• Serve as primary technical resource for ad ops teams on trafficking issues.
• Build and maintain integration docs, trafficking guides, onboarding material.
• QA and certify new tag/format types against major DSPs before release.
• Collaborate with DSP engineering on AdCp schema and certification.
• Surface recurring issues as bugs or feature requests to eng.
• Support sales in technical discovery and RFP responses.
