Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• Passed a significant number of actuarial exams (e.g., ASA, FSA, FIA, FIAA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years actuarial experience in insurance.
• Proficient in actuarial modeling software (Prophet, GGY Axis) and statistical languages (R, Python).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, valuation and pricing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and proactive about learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing models for insurance products.
• Conduct experience analyses (mortality, morbidity, lapse, expenses).
• Perform reserving calculations and valuations for regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
• Develop and validate statistical models with advanced techniques.
• Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and finance teams.
• Assist in regulatory filings and internal reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and actuarial innovations.
• Mentor junior staff and explain complex concepts clearly.
