Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Must be on the Actuarial exam track, having passed 2 or more Actuarial exams.
• 2+ years of healthcare analytics, actuarial, healthcare economics, or related experience.
• Intermediate SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets (claims, encounters, eligibility, membership).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Medicaid risk adjustment analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Analyze risk score performance, morbidity trends, and revenue impacts across markets.
• Partner with actuarial, finance, operations, and technology teams to support business decisions.
• Identify data issues, perform root‑cause analyses, and recommend solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Lead analytical projects and support process improvement initiatives.
