Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in actuarial, analytical, or finance roles.
• 5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or regulated industry.
• Strong Excel and SQL, SAS, R, or Python skills.
• Experience with VBC/ACO/MA/MSSP or risk-based models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast value-based care membership, revenue, and medical expenses; identify trends and risks.
• Build actuarial and financial models for forecasting and performance tracking.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready summaries for leadership.
• Develop scalable data tools and automated workflows with validated AI tools.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, clinical, and strategy teams on drivers.
