Job summary

Children's Minnesota is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to lead complex AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor maintenance. The role involves escalation with vendors and collaboration with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 6-10 years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment cycles, vendor maintenance and month-end close.
• Experience working with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred) and document management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups); proficiency in Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex accounts payable operations including invoice processing and payment cycles.
• Support audits and compliance activities; provide escalation resolution with vendors.
