Job summary

You will work with executives on strategic financial matters and ensure compliance with policies, while maintaining independent judgment on complex issues.

The role is fully remote within the U.S., reports to an Associate Director of CenterWell Pharmacy Controllership, and carries a 40-hour work week with potential bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
• 8 or more years of inventory management, accounting, process improvement.
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
• Progressive leadership (formal or informal) and management experience.
• Prior experience within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions and ensure integrity of accounting records.
• Forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.
• Analyze and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies and make independent judgments on complex issues.
