Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fully remote, long-term contract role with a high-growth food and beverage/consumer products company. You will support month-end close, journal entries, and consolidations while the team transitions to NetSuite.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, strong month-end close skills, and hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience, with NetSuite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on month-end close and reporting skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and support recurring financial and management reporting.
• Assist with NetSuite ERP implementation and data validation.
