Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5–10 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-company month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare GL reconciliations including bank, prepaid, fixed assets, accruals.
• Analyze GL expenses for accurate reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules for multiple companies.
• Review revenue transactions for accuracy.
• Conduct income statement variance analyses.
• Prepare state sales tax returns.
• Document processes and accounting policies to strengthen controls.
• Assist with annual audits and census surveys.
• Provide financial data for management on request.
• Other projects as assigned.
