Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Merchandise Accounting, to join our Corporate Accounting team. This remote role reports to the Director of Merchandise Accounting and focuses on inventory accounting, month-end close, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate financial reporting across brands including Men's Wearhouse, Jos.

A. Bank, Moores, and K&G Fashion Superstore. The role requires a CPA, 5+ years of accounting experience, and strong US GAAP/SOX knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close with reconciliations and inventory entries.
• Review accruals monthly and quarterly.
• Manage inventory in-transit balances and related accruals.
• Ensure SOX controls documentation and compliance.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Provide guidance on inventory accounting per US GAAP.
