Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fully remote finance team across supported states. You will prepare complex journal entries, support the close process, and analyze variances against budget with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounting, experience with NetSuite and Excel, and a background in healthcare finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results against budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage the monthly billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, collections, aging analysis, and disputes.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and government partners on financial inquiries.
