Serve Robotics in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Accountant to support accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, close activities, and prepare financial reports.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and help improve internal controls and processes. Requires 5+ years of experience and proficiency with Xero/NetSuite and Excel; CPA progression is preferred.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Xero or NetSuite and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to partner across teams and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank, AP, and AR reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Review expenses and classify per policies and budgets.
• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Monitor GAAP and SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
