Enjoin is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage month-end close, treasury functions, and support audits and tax preparation in line with GAAP. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides backup for core accounting duties in a remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of GL accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks Online.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• At least three years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks Online.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily reconciliations across bank accounts and monitor cash positions.
• Back up weekly cash flow forecasting for liquidity planning.
• Prepare, review, and post month-end journal entries and accruals.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Drive month-end close activities to support GAAP-compliant statements.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis with Finance leadership.
• Prepare schedules for audits and tax filings.
• Administer expense reimbursement system and ERP backup.
• Suggest process improvements and automation for accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-train in AR and AP to ensure continuity.
