Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle in a fully remote, multi-entity environment. You will contribute beyond transactional accounting through analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to impact international operations as the team expands. A strong GAAP foundation and 4+ years of progressive accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with GAAP knowledge.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred.
• Proactive, self-sufficient accountant who communicates effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze trends, variances, and financial results with insights to management.
• Maintain fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, receivables and payables.
• Drive process improvements, support audits, and help develop policies.
