EggAI, Munich-based but 100% remote, is seeking a Finance Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping across Europe. You ensure receipts, invoices and expenses land in the right cost centers and accounts, preparing data for the external tax advisor.

You will spot gaps, set up processes, and collaborate with the Head of Finance and the external tax advisor on payroll and financial statements. Fluency in German and English, strong DATEV skills, and Odoo experience are highly valued.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience in finance & accounting.
• Fluent German with professional level English.
• Strong DATEV knowledge and chart of accounts proficiency.
• Ability to own finance topics end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Experience with cross-border payroll and European accounting contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Preparatory bookkeeping: pre-code receipts and prepare for tax advisor.
• Receipt and invoice management: collect, review and follow up on items.
• Correct allocation to cost centers and chart of accounts.
• Manage per diems, mileage allowances, and expense rules across Europe.
• Know Europe-wide payroll topics for employees and freelancers.
• Interface with local payroll providers for salary payments.
• Contribute to cash flow planning and reporting.
• Independently think through and set up finance processes in a growing environment.
