Comagine Health is seeking a highly detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. This primarily remote role requires at least weekly in-office work to support accounts payable activities, with arrangements at Portland, Murray (UT), or Tukwila (WA) offices.

You will handle general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, strong internal controls, and opportunities for process improvements in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payments, aging, follow-up on discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable & Vendor Relations: processing invoices and approvals.
• Account Reconciliation & Financial Analysis: investigate variances, support issue resolution.
• Financial Reporting & Process Improvement: reporting and workflow enhancements.
