Hall CPA, a 100% virtual real estate-focused public accounting firm in the United States, seeks a senior-level, client-facing professional to own 30+ engagements. You will lead an offshore team, manage timelines, and ensure clean, tax-ready books flow into tax reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in public accounting, strong QBO skills, and a proven ability to juggle multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required).
• 3+ years of public accounting experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience supervising or reviewing the work of other accountants.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience (QBO certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Run kickoff calls after engagement is sold and manage timelines through close-out.
• Set up and clean up QuickBooks Online files for tax-ready books.
• Supervise offshore team members with deadlines and direction.
• Maintain proactive client communication and provide status updates.
• Prioritize 30+ engagements and accelerate when at risk.
• Prepare handoffs with full context for monthly or tax teams.
