Job summary

Pebl is hiring a Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting to own the monthly and quarterly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and design scalable controls. You will partner with FP&A, Payroll, Benefits, and AR to resolve accounting challenges and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of accounting experience, CPA/CA preferred, and strong Excel with ERP experience. This is a remoteUS role supporting our Controllership team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Active CA/CPA or CA/CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of monthly and quarterly close.
• Design and maintain scalable procedures and internal controls.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform flux/variance analysis for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A and department heads on variances.
• Support annual external audit with PBC items.
• Identify process improvements and automate workflows using AI tools.
