Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage accounting and planning preparation, support accounting functions, reconcile accounts, coordinate accounting and planning activities, and lead project and process improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, FCA, and internal accounting standards, along with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:The role offers the flexibility to be fully remote, with the requirement to travel quarterly to the St. Paul office (all travel and hotel stays are paid for). The office is located in Downtown St. Paul in a beautiful building with excellent workspaces. If local, the candidate will be in the office at least one day a week with paid parking. This is a long-term opportunity with a 10% bonus potential based on a mix of company and individual performance. The position involves significant project work, including the implementation of DNA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
