Responsibilities

• Client management and service responsibilities to meet performance requirements.
• Lead Account Coordinators and supervise daily activities.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and client file creation.
• Coordinate renewals, liaise with clients and carriers, and conduct meetings.
• Maintain positive carrier relationships and advocate for clients.
