Job summary

LeadingReach is a remote-friendly company seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closed-won. You’ll turn warm leads into paid clients, build pipeline for growth and upsell, and partner with our Enterprise Development and Product teams to lead technical sales conversations.

Location: Remote within approved U.Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demos, presentations (online and onsite), contract negotiation, and close Consult with prospects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful B2B software sales.
• Hands-on CRM and opportunity management experience (Zoho is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, trusted with sensitive information.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and onsite presentations.
• Consult with prospects on workflows and challenges, and showcase value of subscriptions and add-ons.
• Lead technical sales conversations with internal/external teams.
• Know deal mechanics: security assessments, contracting, and billing.
• Keep leads, opportunities, and accounts clean in our CRM and log every touchpoint.
• Hand off closed deals to Customer Success to foster growth and retention.
