Figma is seeking an expert TPM to support Security Operations. You will lead cross-functional programs critical to risk management and security operations, delivering scalable, repeatable practices.

The role can be held from US hubs or remotely in the United States, with a base salary range of $140,000–$245,000 USD and a broad benefits package. Strong collaboration across time zones is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a cloud or SaaS environment supporting enterprise technology or security teams.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and controls, including data protection and access management.
• Ability to dive into technical details and translate them into alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives, managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional programs with strong project management to deliver complex initiatives transparently.
• Drive alignment by handling dependencies, guiding technical discussions, and facilitating decisions.
