Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Global Safety & Security Technology Project Coordinator to support planning, design, coordination, and execution of security technology projects across Wayfair sites. This remote US role partners with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and integrators to deliver scalable security solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction, facilities, engineering support, technical operations, low-voltage systems, or related field.
• Experience coordinating technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical documentation, or project specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop security system layouts, device schedules, redline markups, and supporting documentation for new construction, renovation, and technology lifecycle projects.
• Translate requirements into practical security designs following company standards and design guidelines.
• Review drawings to identify security system requirements and coordinate design integration.
• Assist in developing construction drawings, BOMs, scope of work documents, and equipment specs.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews, providing recommendations and coordinating updates.
