Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Security Program Coordinator to join the Global Security segment of the Global Security & Real Estate Organization. You will help develop and apply security policies, programs and procedures to protect employees and assets, reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Global Security, in a 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in security program management or security operations.
• Knowledge of related international relations, risk management, security operations, safety practices and enforcement procedures in a corporate organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the intelligence and risk management team, including external suppliers to manage risks to Westinghouse employees and those traveling on behalf of the company.
• Oversee the completion of assigned physical security projects through direct interface with internal customers, project management team, and security integrator(s)
• Coordinate with external suppliers regarding implementation of the agreed scope of work concerning Security projects.
• Ensure all security projects meet Global Security's internal requirements, project or regulatory requirements, and industry's best practices. Recommend and coordinate proposed changes with Global Security Management.
• Produce all project status reports.
• Perform observations and assessments to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.
