Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Site Manager for Global Safety and Security (GLOSS) to lead life safety and security standards across the supply chain network. You will partner with operations and safety teams to implement prevention plans, conduct inspections, and drive security initiatives. Travel to Las Vegas and Phoenix may be involved.

The role requires 2+ years in safety/security, OSHA certifications, and strong analytical and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated Safety/Security role or similar experience.
• Lean Six-Sigma experience desired.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements governing worker health and safety, physical assessment and ergonomic skills.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal fire and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to implement and adhere to Injury and Illness Prevention Plan at assigned locations.
• Support Global Safety and Security initiatives and standardization across sites.
• Identify hazards, evaluate conditions, and contribute to incident planning and response.
• Inspect facilities to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with site leadership to mitigate risk and improve safety culture across shifts.
