Job summary

Red Hat seeks a Security Technical Account Manager to partner with engineering, product, and global support. You will debug, test, and resolve security issues while mentoring teams and guiding customers through secure deployment of Red Hat systems.

You must have 10+ years in security, strong communication, and a background in CI/CD, RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. This is a remote US role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in security roles or related fields.
• Experience advising senior IT executives and customers.
• Familiarity with agile, scrum, and DevOps teams.
• Ability to travel to customer locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Product Security and partners on behalf of customers.
• Provide guidance on security paradigms across customer environments.
• Support proactive security monitoring and remediation guidance.
• Advise on security impacts of changes to Red Hat software.
• Mentor security and operations staff on best practices.
• Collaborate with consulting to accelerate OS patching at scale.
