Job summary

Bogaard Group International is seeking an experienced Security Systems Technical Lead to be embedded on our client’s Security Technology team. The role requires designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise physical security tech across on-prem, hybrid, and SaaS environments.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, and partner with security, IT, engineering, and vendors to improve reliability, scalability, and security program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or managing enterprise physical security systems and technologies.
• Strong technical expertise with PACS, VMS, badging, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000, Genetec Security Center or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, technical execution, and delivery of enterprise physical security technology projects (PACS, VMS, video analytics).
• Own projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and handoff.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and technical requirements while managing risks and resources.
