Job summary

Bogaardgroup is seeking an experienced Security Systems Technical Lead to be embedded on the Security Technology team. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise physical security technology, collaborating with security, IT, engineering and vendors, and driving lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities include leading projects across PACS, VMS, and related infrastructure, ensuring health and reliability, and delivering scalable solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and SaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise physical security experience.
• Strong expertise with PACS, VMS, badging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, deployment and health of enterprise physical security technology.
• Own projects from requirements to testing, deployment, and handoff.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and remediate security systems to improve health, reliability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for migrations, upgrades, integrations across on-prem, hybrid and SaaS.
• Configure, provision, integration test, troubleshoot and resolve issues across security platforms.
• Review designs and architectures to meet security and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with security, IT, engineering, vendors to align solutions with requirements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate security processes.
• Create technical docs, SOPs and implementation plans for ongoing ops.
