Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & IT Systems. You will oversee governance, operations, risk, compliance and support for enterprise IT, and develop a compliant CUI environment including Maturity Model Level 2. The role reports to the COO, WGS, and is a 100% remote position.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Information Systems, 10+ years of IT/security and a U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain federal clearance. Travel about 20% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years in IT/security, governance, risk and compliance roles.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to qualify for federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information systems and cybersecurity programs (governance, operations, risk and compliance).
• Establish compliant CUI environment and pursue Maturity Model Level 2 certification.
• Lead IT and Security teams and coordinate with MSP and external providers.
• Develop and maintain security controls, risk assessments and incident response.
• Ensure alignment with NIST 800-53/800-171 and other frameworks.
• Report to COO (WGS) and manage enterprise-wide IT architecture and compliance.
