OnTrac is seeking a Staff Security Platform Engineer (IC5) to support a critical customer engagement. This hands-on backend role focuses on day-to-day integration work on a policy platform, ownership of technical direction for a small delivery team, and productive work on a customer codebase with minimal ramp-up.

You will collaborate with the delivery team and the customer's tech lead to define and deliver solutions that meet the engagement's security and policy requirements, following the

• Hands-on backend experience building services and integrations in Golang.
• Experience with MongoDB data modeling and query design.
• Experience with Snowflake loading data and querying from backend systems.
• Experience building and running services on AWS.
• Ability to lead technical design and set direction for other engineers.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a customer tech lead and translate requests into work.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day backend integration work and policy platform use cases in Golang with MongoDB, Snowflake, AWS.
• Own technical design for assigned integrations from definition through delivery, and document design decisions.
• Deliver work to customer's standards with code review, testing, and deployment practices.
• Provide technical direction and code review for the Senior Security Platform Engineer (IC4) on the same engagement.
• Onboard rapidly and contribute early to integration work.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the customer tech lead and stakeholders.
