Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Senior Security Platform Engineer (IC4) for a contractor program supporting a critical customer engagement. The role focuses on backend integrations and policy platform use cases, with hands-on development in Golang and AWS-hosted services.

You will work closely with the delivery team and the customer tech lead to ensure delivery against defined standards. The engagement runs from 12 October 2026 to 8 January 2027, with a high likelihood of extension.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend services and integrations in Golang.
• MongoDB data modeling and query design knowledge.
• Snowflake data loading and querying experience.
• Experience building services on AWS.
• Ability to take well-scoped work from a tech lead and deliver with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day backend integration work and policy platform use cases.
• Implement assigned integrations and platform features from definition to delivery.
• Deliver work to customer technical standards and follow code reviews and testing processes.
• Onboard quickly and contribute to integration work early in the engagement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Staff engineer and customer tech lead.
