Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Mission Operations & Cyber Resilience Lead to run 24x7 platform operations and security for a federal health data exchange in Reston. You’ll own incident response, vulnerability remediation, and continuous authorization, collaborating with government partners and their cybersecurity provider.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, engineering or related field with 8–12 years of experience.
- 10 years in IT/cybersecurity with DoD/federal ops, including leadership.
- Operated mission-critical systems with 24x7 availability and incident response.
- Hands-on with AWS GovCloud or government cloud, RMF and DoD IA policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead 24x7 operations, monitoring, and Tier 2/3 incident response for data exchange services.
- Manage vulnerability remediation (IAVM, STIG, ACAS) and RMF/authorization artifacts.
- Implement Zero Trust and secure-cloud practices; embed security checks in CI/CD.
- Run change control, maintain runbooks, and coordinate with Government partners.
- Deliver iteratively and report operational metrics to Government leadership.
