Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, email security, vulnerability management, or incident response.
• Hands-on experience with Proofpoint solutions such as PPS, TAP, TRAP, DLP, URL Defense, and Attachment Defense.
• Experience with phishing analysis and email threat campaigns, malware indicators, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Proofpoint email security platforms and related controls.
• Monitor email security health and investigate phishing or malicious email alerts.
• Configure and maintain email security policies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and encryption.
• Support vulnerability management activities including scan reviews, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking.
• Assist in incident response by analyzing alerts, gathering evidence, and documenting outcomes.
